You can attach up to 5 sub plans to a request: PDFs, Word documents, or images up to 10 MB each, or links.

On the request form, under Optional details, select Sub plans, then choose how to add a plan:

  • Upload a file to choose a document or image from your computer.
  • Paste a link to add a Google Doc, Drive folder, or any other web address.

After you choose a file, you can give it a Display name, or select Skip to use the file’s name. For a link, paste the address and select Add link.

Your files upload when you send the request.

Plans you add from Sub plans apply to every day. To add a plan for just one day, select that day in the list on the form, then add it under Plans for this day.

  1. Go to Profile › Sub requests and select View Details on the request.

  2. Select + Add a sub plan and choose how to add it, the same way as when you created the request.

To remove a plan, select the Remove (trash can) button next to it, then select Remove to confirm.

  • “File must be 10 MB or smaller.” Save it as a smaller PDF, or upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox and add it as a link.
  • “Unsupported file type. Use a PDF, Word document, or image.” Save the file as a PDF and try again.
  • “Maximum attachments reached” A request can have 5 plans. Combine files into one PDF, or add a link to a shared folder.
  • “Couldn’t upload your plans. Check your connection and try again.” Your plans upload when you send the request. Check your internet connection and send it again.
  • “Photo library access is off for FillMyClass.” or “Camera access is off for FillMyClass.” (mobile app only) Tap Open Settings in the message and allow access, then try again.
