Set your availability
ForSubstitutes
Your availability decides which jobs you see and which ones you get alerts for. It never stops you from accepting a job. If you haven’t set any hours, you’re offered every job.
To open it, go to the Profile tab and select Availability. Changes save as soon as you make them.
Set your weekly hours
Section titled “Set your weekly hours”-
Under Weekly hours, check each day you can work. Each day you check starts with 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

To change a day’s hours, select them. Set From and To, then select Save hours.
Available at two separate times on the same day? Select Add another time slot.
To use these hours on every day you’ve checked, select Save for every active day instead.
Use different hours at one place
Section titled “Use different hours at one place”Your hours apply to every organization and location by default. To set different hours for one of them:

Under Editing schedule for, choose the organization or location.

Select Customize for, followed by its name, then set its hours.
To go back to your default hours there, select Reset.
Add time off
Section titled “Add time off”-
Under Time off, select Add.

Optionally add a Reason, like “Vacation”.

Select Dates and pick a date or a range. To be off for only part of a day, turn off All day and set the times.

Select Add time off.
Time off applies to every organization you belong to. To change or remove it, select it in the list. Deleting it doesn’t ask you to confirm.
How availability affects your jobs
Section titled “How availability affects your jobs”- Jobs outside your hours or during your time off are hidden from Available jobs and the Calendar. To see them anyway, turn on Show Requests Outside My Availability in Available jobs, or Show jobs outside my availability in Calendar settings.
- With Only notify me about jobs I’m available for turned on, you only get alerts for jobs that fit your hours. Turn it off to hear about every job.
